Priory Maze and Gardens has one of the most enchanting gardens in Norfolk, where you can experience peaceful relaxation in natural gardens of woodland, water and meadow. The gardens are unique in a number of ways: they are on the east coast facing North, with nothing between the gardens and the north pole, yet it has a micro-climate not dissimilar to that of South West Cornwall which means they can grow many rare and exotic plants. In the meadow you'll find the ruins of Beeston Priory, founded in 1216. It also has the only traditional hedge maze in the county, a log cabin tea room and a garden centre. There are also refreshments available at the cafe. 01263 820550
