An exhibition in Peterborough Cathedral Visitor Centre
Wednesday 29 March to Thursday 25 May. Open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm, and Sunday 11am to 4pm
Come and discover more about the remarkable pieces found during the archaeological dig in the Cathedral Precincts in June 2016. They range from Roman pottery to medieval painted glass and early 20th century domestic ware. Find out what they can tell us about the site and its inhabitants down the centuries.

Handel – Coronation Anthems
Vivaldi – Gloria
Peterborough Cathedral Choir, Youth Choir and Festival Chorus, with Instruments of Time and Truth, perform two of the most uplifting pieces of 18th century music, directed by Steven Grahl.

BBC Radio 3 – Live Broadcast of Choral Evensong
Wednesday 5 April, 3pm for 3.30pm at Peterborough Cathedral
BBC Radio 3 will broadcast its weekly service of Choral Evensong live from Peterborough Cathedral. The congregation should be seated by 3.00pm and the service will last about one hour. All are welcome.
The Drawing Tour
Saturday 29 April, 1pm at Peterborough Cathedral
This is a must for anyone who loves to draw but is also curious to find out more about the Cathedral and its history. Lynne Collins, who is both one of our trained guides and an artist, will lead the tour. Beginners and more experienced artists are welcome. Please bring your drawing materials.

The First Eucharist of Easter
Saturday 15 April, 8 pm at Peterborough Cathedral
This service is a moving, atmospheric spectacle which begins with the Cathedral in darkness. A fire is lit in the Cathedral entrance, and from it candlelight then spreads throughout the congregation to symbolise Christ’s light coming into the world. All are welcome. Exploring Easter Family Activities
Monday 17, Tuesday 18, Thursday 20 and Friday 21 April, 11am to 4pm at Peterborough Cathedral
Families with children of all ages are invited to drop into the Cathedral on four days during the Easter holidays to discover the Easter story and have fun making some colourful crafts to take home. There will be a route around the Cathedral with various stopping points to prompt thinking about Easter. The trail is free, and the crafts £3 per person. No need to book.
