PX+ at Duchess Farms, Sawbridgeworth 24-26 August
Be one of the first to experience a brand new festival, created for especially for those who work in the hospitality industry or just have a love for food! PX+ Festival is a laid-back, weekend long event which celebrates the industry through food, drinks, music and ideas.
While the festival already boasts over 100 headline producers – including farmers, butchers, winemakers, as well as pop-up food trucks, sit down banquets and over 40 of the UK’s top chefs – great live music from the likes of JP Cooper, Flyte and Oli Fox, has just been announced, ensuring festival goers are totally entertained over this exciting weekend.
Celebrating an eclectic mix of Indie Rock, Pop, Folk and Dance, the line up is split between two areas offering something for everyone.

For a family day out visit Knebworth House, its gardens, adventure playground and Dinosaur Trail this bank holiday. Bury St Edmunds Food & Drink Festival, 26-27 August
A fantastic two day event for foodie. Watch celebrity chef demonstrations from the likes of James Tanner and Paul Rankin and browse over 100 stalls. Craft in Focus at RHS Garden in Hyde Hall, 24-27 August, 10am-5pm

‘Craft In Focus’ will be holding its contemporary craft and design fair during the August bank holiday weekend within the RHS Garden at Hyde Hall. This craft event will showcase 140 of the very best contemporary craft makers and artists in the UK.

IWM Duxford Summer Car Show, 26 August, 10am-6pm
An array of classic and contemporary cars will be lining up along IWM Duxford’s airfield this August Bank Holiday for the Summer Car Show.
The car show will feature an impressive line-up of vehicles presented by car clubs – including Jaguar, Ferrari and Mini Cooper owners’ clubs – and individual owners.
In addition to the car show, Duxford Aviation Society are hosting tank rides, while Classic Wings are offering flying experiences where participants can book to fly in a range of historic aircraft, including a two-seater Spitfire, both at an additional cost.
