There’s nothing like the fun of making your own chocolate creations and there are some fabulous workshops you can get involved with this spring. Here are our favourites:
Bring chocolate home
The team at My Chocolate Company Event can transform your office, kitchen, favourite restaurant or even your gazebo into a place of chocolate making magic! With a network of contacts and locations over the UK including Essex, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire they can help you source a location too. The most popular workshops include Original Chocolate and Luxury Chocolate Making plus there are cocktail and chocolate workshops where you can learn how to make the perfect Chocolate Martini as well as themes for hen parties and children. Visit www.mychocolate.co.uk or call 0207 269 5760 for more details and prices.
Learn to sculpt in chocolate
Multi-award winning mother and daughter chocolatiers Cheryl and Amy Brighty have taken chocolate making to a new level in their shop in Newmarket, Suffolk. Here the popular workshops include chocolate and lollipop making for children, learning how to decorate with chocolate and making full-blown chocolate sculptures! All the chocolate is of superior quality containing 73% cocoa solids and over Easter there are some fun – but sure to be messy – chocolate egg making workshops.
