It is not difficult to stumble across a place in Cambridge, which serves cocktails. Finding a cocktail bar, which serves great cocktails is much harder though! Making good cocktails is not just about mixing, but about the quality and quantity of the ingredients. Watching a mixologist at work is fun and you’ll be surprised how much work goes into such a small drink! My perfect evening out definitely starts at one of these places! So which bars have the best cocktails in Cambridge?
Novi Cambridge
This hip and trendy venue opened its doors last year. Café by day time, pop up’s in the evening and a funky cocktail bar on the top floor. The only botanical cocktails in town!
This understated bar at the bottom end of the City is the talk of town! Easy to miss as it only has a number, but big crowds in the evening give the secret away. The best martini gin cocktails in town!
The High Tea Club
Don’t be mislead by the name. Although they have a very interesting selection of Chinese tea, it’s actually all about cocktails and dim sums! Try one of its smokey cocktails, it’s fun and very nice!
12A Private club
This swanky cocktail bar above Don Pasquale is by invitation only. Don’t want to wait for that? Become a member and you’ll have access to the finest bar in town. Try one of its ice ball cocktails.
And if you’ve overindulged in cocktails checkout these great places to eat brunch in Cambridge.
