The Albatros in Wells, Norfolk

The Albatros is a former Dutch cargo ship built in 1899 as a North Sea clipper and is now permanently moored alongside the Quay. One of their specialities is Dutch pancakes in an array of savoury and sweet options. Enjoy King size pancakes or opt for a little taster with mini sweet pancakes. Toppings include stem ginger, ginger preserve, cinnamon and syrup or savoury options which include bacon, brie and cranberry sauce, mushroom, garlic and stilton or smoked salmon, cream cheese and dill.

The Pancake and Waffle Shack, Barton Mills, Suffolk
