This spring, treat your little ones to a world of adventures at Blickling Estate on the Easter adventures in nature trails. Make your way along the trail, finding nature-inspired activities for the whole family and explore the beautiful gardens of Blickling Estate. Easter at Audley End Miniature Railway, 2-18 April

Ride deep into the enchanted Audley End woods to visit the Easter bunny in his woodland home. Along the route through the magical woods you can use your I Spy sheet to spot little bunnies, heavily laden nests with colourful eggs and maybe even spot some spring chicks. Easter Holiday Prize Trail at Brandon Country Park, 9-24 April

Hertford Castles Children’s Art Trail, 9 April – 7 May

Part of the Hertford Arts Festival, this year’s event includes a chance for young creatives to get involved too. Children will be encouraged to forage the castle grounds and create masterpieces with nature. Paintings, drawings and photographs can also be entered into a competition with a chance to be exhibited at the next Castle Open Day.

Easter Trail at Knebworth House, 15 – 18 April

Follow the clues and explore the beautiful Knebworth Gardens this Easter. Children can use their treasure hunting skills to follow the trail and gather the Easter clues to solve the world jumble. Between 12pm and 3pm, craft activities will be available. Trail sheets are available on arrival for £1 and are free to Season Ticket Holders. Entry tickets will include access to Knebworth Park, Gardens, Adventure Playground with Fort Knebworth and Dinosaur Trail.

Make your way along the trail and find nature-inspired activities for the whole family whilst exploring the beautiful grounds of Bourne Mill. The price of the trail is £3 per child and includes a trail map, pencil and a chocolate egg at the end. Bourne Mill is set in tranquil surroundings, next to a millpond and babbling stream. The mill still has a working waterwheel and the grounds give plenty of scope for family fun.

Easter Bunny Fly-In and Egg Hunt, 17-18 April
Shuttleworth, Old Warden Park, Biggleswade SG18 9DT
Hop along to the runaway and look up to the sky at around 11am to watch the Easter Bunny fly in and make an entrance. Once on the ground, children can follow the bunny into The Swiss Garden and collect Easter eggs. It’s then to the Discovery Hub to collect an Easter egg from the Easter Bunny. Find out more.
