Ipswich Zip Slide, 31 May

Challenge yourself by taking part in EACH’s zip-slide at Portman Road, Ipswich from the top of the football stadium to the bottom. Be brave and let gravity take control as you travel through the air. Registration is £35 to enter and £100 suggested sponsorship. Entrants will have to complete a medical consent form.

EACH Bubble Rush, Norfolk, 16 June

It’s bubbles galore on Sunday 16 June at The Walks, King’s Lynn as the EACH’s Bubble Rush returns. A 5k fun run with a difference, participants head off amongst a sea of bubbles, before passing four bubble stations where cannons pump out foam to create a four-foot (1.2-metre) deep bubble bath!

The event will also take place at at Walden Park in Saffron Walden, Essex on Sunday 29 September.

East Anglian Dragon Boat Festival, 31 August

Team up with your family, friends or colleagues and compete in this summer’s annual dragon boat race on Oulton Broad in Lowestoft. Take to the water as you’re cheered on by the supportive crowds!
