On 29 January, Bill’s Restaurant will reopen in St. Albans with a new look and specially designed menu.
The restaurant will still offer the same welcoming, home from home atmosphere and fresh seasonal British food. It will also delight locals with a reimagined menu of eclectic British dishes and a show-stopping interior design.
St. Albans’ diners will discover a new expanded weekend brunch menu featuring dishes such as the Steak and Oxford Blue Cheese Sandwich and the Sweet Potato Hash for a vegetarian option.
The food team have developed and tailored an all-day Menu to feature dishes that are exclusive to St. Albans. The Sharing Supper will be available from 5 – 9pm, ideal for families and groups.
Sharing dishes include Garlic and rosemary roasted chicken, Macaroni cheese and Bill’s Lamb & Beef meatballs in a tomato and basil sauce and will be brought to the table on platters with sides, enabling everyone to help themselves.
The all-day Menu also features new dishes such as Bill’s Steak & Ale Rarebit Pie for a twist on a classic and an Ancient Grain Bowl for a healthier option. A new kid’s menu bursting with tasty treats will also be on offer.
In the evenings, visitors can sample a selection of classic cocktails and bar snacks.
St. Albans is one of three specially selected Bill’s restaurants to trial the new concept alongside Covent Garden and Westfield in London.
