Woburn Abbey and Gardens will officially re-open for the 2019 season on 5 April. It has an exciting programme of events designed to inspire visitors of all ages. Open daily to the public until 1 September 2019, Woburn Abbey, one of the 10 treasure houses of England, has 22 rooms to discover including the Grotto which dates from the 1630s.
The Abbey is also home to a superb art collection with exhibitions including the ‘Humphry Repton: Art & Nature for the Duke of Bedford’, there are 28 acres of beautiful gardens to explore and a varied programme of events running throughout the season including open-air theatre, carriage tours of the grounds, gardening and floristry classes and Afternoon Tea talks.
