Welwyn Garden City is pulling out all the stops this year with a jam packed event programme for 2018! Here’s a quick run down of the highlights…
April – October: Midweek Munch will be transforming Howardsgate at lunchtimes, every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month, starting in April u
ntil October. Join office workers and students enjoying freshly cooked street food to eat at their desks or in the sunshine.
May: Don’t miss the wonderful World Food Festival on Saturday 12 May, a celebration of cuisine from around the world with a cooking demonstration stage and live entertainment for all the family.
July: A brand-new event, the quintessential Garden Fair is coming to Welwyn on Saturday 14th July. There will be homemade delicacies and floral displays to buy, a bake-off competition, crafting workshops in the Big Tent along with a Pimm’s Bar and lots of bunting.
August: 
Cinema on the Green returns this year for 2 days of films on Howardsgate in the town centre and we can’t wait! Save the dates: Thursday 16 & Friday 17 August, bring a blanket and enjoy for FREE.
