Absolute Taste to reopen Palace House restaurant, The Tack Room

Newmarket restaurant, The Tack Room, is set to re-open on today (10 April 2019) following a refresh from award-winning food company, Absolute Taste.

 

Based at Palace House, home to the National Horseracing Museum and the Packard Galleries of British Sporting Art, the restaurant is the perfect place for locals and out-of-town visitors to enjoy The Tack Room’s revitalised facilities and food.

With summer fast approaching, the restaurant’s spacious terrace will be the perfect place for guests to dine al fresco or relax with a glass of wine. 

The team at Absolute Taste has introduced a new menu which includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. The chef team will use locally sourced produce, wherever possible, from acclaimed regional suppliers. Dishes will comprise of inspired, flavoursome creations, including delicious sharing plates and salads such as a homemade charcuterie board, duck, feta and watermelon salad and braised lamb shoulder served with soy, brown sugar and new potatoes. 

To celebrate its re-launch, The Tack Room will be offering diners a free glass of fizz with any main meal until 18 April. The restaurant will be open for breakfast and lunch every day from Wednesday 10th April, and for dinner Monday – Saturday from Thursday 18th April 2019.
