Storytelling: Tales of the Sea

Join us for a morning of FREE storytelling sessions at The Fermoy Gallery, King’s Lynn. Session’s lead by True’s Yard Curator Lindsey Bavin and artist and storyteller Jim Kavanagh. From Greek myths to Mermaids to King’s Lynn’s very own pirates there is a tale for all.
STORYTELLING: TALES OF THE SEA
In partnership with True’s Yard Fisherfolk Museum. 10am-10.20am Greek myths (Fermoy Gallery), 10.40am-11am Pirates of King’s Lynn (True’s Yard)
Join Lindsey Bavin for a storytelling voyage, discovering tales of the Greek sea nymphs at the Fermoy Gallery. Then set sail to True’s Yard (a short walk) to visit the fishing boat ‘Activity’ (weather permitting), and hear about the adventures of King’s Lynn’s very own pirates. Dressing up welcome.

STORYTELLING WITH JIM KAVANAGH
11am & 11.45am (Fermoy Gallery)
Join storyteller and artist Jim for these amusing storytelling sessions. Cosy down and listen as his tales and illustrations bring alive the fables and legends of the ancient Greeks.
Suitable for ages 6+
